Spaghetti aglio e olio

Ingredients

Spaghetti g
Garlic pcs
Olive oil
Salt tbsp
Chilli flakes (optional)

Directions

  1. Peel and slice the garlic
  2. Heat a large skillet or pot with water for the pasta
  3. Heat a large skillet with olive oil on low heat
  4. Add salt to the boiling water
  5. Add pasta and cook until almost done (8-9 min)
  6. Gently cook the garlic slices
  7. Optionally add chilli flakes
  8. Add pasta to skillet with oil and garlic
  9. Add pasta water (~ 1 soup spoon)
  10. Mix all ingredients in skillet, add more water if necessary to get the right consistency
  11. Season with salt, peper, chilli, parsley... Done!
