Spaghetti aglio e olio
Ingredients

Directions
- Peel and slice the garlic
- Heat a large skillet or pot with water for the pasta
- Heat a large skillet with olive oil on low heat
- Add salt to the boiling water
- Add pasta and cook until almost done (8-9 min)
- Gently cook the garlic slices
- Optionally add chilli flakes
- Add pasta to skillet with oil and garlic
- Add pasta water (~ 1 soup spoon)
- Mix all ingredients in skillet, add more water if necessary to get the right consistency
- Season with salt, peper, chilli, parsley... Done!
