When not being at work or a social event I prefer homemade food and the process of making it over eating out. For my friends I am mostly known for my Italian cuisine and I am trying to do my best as Barista and Pizzaiolo. Another habit is the weekly bread baking using my own rye sourdough. As I am improving recipes I try to strip down and simplify them in order to learn the basics. Afterwards these learnings can be combined to form a delicious meal.
